Monsoon – Blue Corn Atole White

Monsoon brings us this stunning white chocolate bar, saying “This bar is inspired by the traditional corn and masa-based beverage Atole of Mesoamerican origin, where toasted corn or masa is blended with water or milk, pilonchillo, vanilla, and optional spices, fruits, or chocolate.” They’ve used native Tamaya Blue corn grown by the Tamayame people. The result?
